She and Allen found 1920 Kings County, CA with stepdaughter Ruby Bringolf. Ruby is likely really her granddaughter because Tabitha would be mid-fifties when Ruby was born and Ruby’s marriage record gives her birth as 1909 CA and parents as Frank Bringolf (b PA) and Mary (b KY). Tabitha is found 1930 in High Point with Ruby and her husband Ernest Gregory. She is buried Floral Garden Cemetery in High Point, NC . (in house 1870)

John 'Rooster' Turner, a son of Abner, pointed out the beginning corner of the 600‑acre patent to Queens and to Dixon. Ran Turner, a brother of John, testified that John showed him this beginning corner some 25 or 30 years ago; and Bowling testified that Ran pointed out this beginning corner to him. Appellant directs attention to the fact that Ran Turner had been convicted of a felony and insists that this should discredit him as a witness. Ran appears to be a bold character, boastfully proclaiming from the witness stand: 'I have 'snagged', 'sanged' (dug herbs), squirrel hunted and been hunted around there for 25 years and have been convicted of a felony right at this place twice.'

*1870 Harlan lists Jane age 9, 1880 Clay lists Ginny age 17. They are very likely the same person (Jenny is sometimes used as a nickname for Jane). Jane is shown as the wife of Zachariah Jackson (b 1865 married 20 yrs) in 1900 Jackson (Sturgeon page 1). They are parents of Emma who married Zach Estridge (son John & Phoebe). The transcription of Jackson County Cemeteries incorrectly lists her as Jane Estridge Jackson. Daughter Emma's obit gives her name as Jane Turner. .

Despite the death record, this has to be Kate and Abner's son.
