SMITH, Irene Harris, 87, of Chesterfield, went to be with the Lord, September 27, 2017. She was the widow of Walter Louis Smith. She is survived by her son, Bernard Lewis; brothers, Cardell, Bredell, Mondell and Credell Harris; close friend, Linda Lisk; and many other loving family and friends. Irene retired as manager of Ukrop's on Forest Hill and was a longtime member of St. John's Episcopal Church. Her family will receive friends from 12 noon to 2 p.m. Monday at Bliley's-Chippenham, 6900 Hull Street Rd., with a graveside ceremony to follow at 3 p.m. Monday, at Dale Memorial Park.
