Dorothy Miller Rhodenbaugh, 92, of Columbus, passed away on Thursday, September 13, at the New Albany Garden and Care Center. She was born on February 5, 1920 in Columbus, a daughter of the late Robert and Marie (Shook) Mowery. She was a devoted Christian who loved her family and the Lord. Dorothy is survived by her daughter, Marjorie Miller of Gahanna; sons, Joseph (Dana) Miller and Donald (Debbie) Miller, all of Lancaster; grandchildren, Cindy (Scott) Noble, Dr. Debbie (Dr. Todd) Hamilton, Brad (Dara) Miller and Robert Tug Miller; six great-grandchildren, Steven and Stacie Noble, Drew and Adam Hamilton and Molly and Maggie Miller; sisters, Marjorie Werkhaven of Upper Arlington, Hazel Lewis and Roberta Albury, both of Florida. She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands Joseph W. Miller and Eugene Rhodenbaugh, a brother Robert Mowery and a sister Alice Steffan. After cremation has taken place a Graveside Service will be held Friday, September 21 at 11 a.m. in Maple Hill Cemetery, Stoutsville, OH. The family is being served by the HALTEMAN-FETT & DYER FUNERAL HOME, Lancaster. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Lancaster Baptist Church, PO Box 2393, Lancaster, OH 43130 in her memory.
