Georgia Annetius Alley Lane was the fourth child of John Pinckney and Malana A Snow Alley.

Her birth and death are listed in the family bible. Her name was listed as Georgia An Arnutious Alley, (as best as can be transcribed). On the death page she is listed as Neatte Lane (page is torn across her name) death at Siddell, Saline Co, age 21 years, 9 mo, 27 days.

She married John Calvin Lane on March 11, 1887. Her name is listed as Anita on the marriage record book.

John Calvin and Nettie Lane had three children, all of which died in infancy.

- - - Calvin Alley Lane (January 18, 1890–January 22, 1890)
- - - Mattie Leah Lane (December 11, 1890–June 22, 1891)

She is listed on 1890-1904 Register of Deaths of the Salem United Methodist Church,(Saline County) as Nettie Lane, 1-17-1891, manner of death - LaGrippe

The actual place of her burial is unknown, but is probably the Snow Cemetery, where her grandfather Rev John Pinckney Alley was buried in 1861, and her mother is assumed to have been buried in 1880. There was no marked grave for her there, but a memorial stone has been placed by her husband's headstone.

John Calvin married Nettie's sister Julia Effie Alley on October 23, 1895.

Memorial stones for Nettie and her three infants were place in Snow Cemetery by her Grand Nieces LouJane Adams Wills and Melinda Alley McNutt.
