On Saturday last, the town was shocked by the news that Anna Lenore, the year old daughter of Howard Sibbald, had been drowned. he child was playing about the house and had fallen head foremost into a tub of water, life being extinct before it was discovered. The funeral was held on Sunday afternoon, Rev. G.B.Hall conducting the service.
