JONES -- In loving memory of Ethel Christine Jones, who passed away April 29, 1981, in Calgary at the age of 92 years.
Born in Charlottetown, P.E.I. December, 1888 where she lived until moving to Calgary in 1918 and married Henry S. Jones, residing here all her life.
She had sincere interests in the welfare of Canada and like her daughter, recognized the beauty of nature and captured it through artistic impression.
She shared a love for animals and outdoor life with her husband who predeceased her in July, 1953. Her only child, a daughter also predeceased her.
Surviving are her son-in-law and three grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted by the Venerable Archdeacon Errol Shilliday, Saturday, May 2 at St. Stephen's Anglican Church.
