Mrs. Lila Mae Haskins Corbett of Pearson, passed away Wednesday, December 29, 1993 in Little Rock, Ar. She was a native of Atkinson County and was born on November 11, 1911 to the late Robert D. and Rhoda Hadsock Haskins.
Survivors include: 2 daughters, Dr. Nan Jo Dube of Little Rock, Ar; Mrs. Donna Grantham of Douglas; Siblings, Mattie Albritton Crider, Vonice Gay Curry, Johnnie Harris, Jane Freisem, and Wilbur Haskins. She has 10 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Francis “DoDo” Corbett; a daughter, Frances Jane Anderson Chaney; a son, William Robert “Boy” Corbett.
Funeral services were held at 11 am Saurday, January 1, 1994, at the Pearson United Methodist Church with the interment in the Sweetwater Cemetery in Atkinson County.
