Jeffrey Wayne Brand, 47, of Midlothian, died July 29, 2011.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James F. and Roma Brand; and his sister, Patty Hupp.
Survivors include two sisters, Terri DeVaughn and her husband, Todd, of Statesville, N.C., and Carol Brand and her fianc‚, Kerry Sears, of Fraziers Bottom, W.Va.; two brothers, Gary Brand of Mineral Wells, W.Va., and Mike Brand of Parkersburg, W.Va.; six nieces and nephews, and several great-nieces and great-nephews. He is also survived by his second parents, Ruth and Ernie Lail, with whom he worked for over 20 years.
His remains rest at the Parham Chapel of Woody Funeral Home, 1771 N. Parham Road, where funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Thursday (today). The family will receive friends one hour prior to service.
Interment will be at Signal Hill Memorial Park. No procession to cemetery.
