Daughter of John Graves Simcoe and his wife Elizabeth. He was the Military Govenor of Upper Canada. The little girl died at about 15 months and was buried at the Garrison Burying Ground. The remains of that cemetery is now known as the Victoria Memorial Park.

Inscription
"Katherine Simcoe, January 16, 1793 - April 19, 1794. Happy in the Lord." The stone disappeared from the Burying Ground sometime before 1850.
