Missouri death certificate # 888 female, white, widowed, home. Died in City Hospital after 3 days of burns 1 st and 2nd degree, neck chest, abdomen and leg. Parents Obe and Nancy Jane [Harwood] Fields. Informant E L Harwood of Springfield, MO. H H Lohmeyer Funeral Home. Interred in Maple Park January 19, 1949

*note E L Harwood also the informant on her husbands death certificate. He is in Hazelwood Cemetery and she here in Maple Park. I do not know the reason this happened.
