13 August 1865 on Chebeague Island, Maine; married Oakley Chester Curtis, son of William Curtis and Amanda Randall, on 24 November 1886 in Portland, Maine. She died
11 February 1933. She was a graduate of Portland High School and Smith College. Oakley Chester Curtis was born 29 March 1865 in Portland, Maine; died 22 February 1924 in
Portland, Maine, and was buried in Evergreen Cemetery, Portland. He went to work for Randall & McAllister Wholesale Coal Company in 1884 and was made president and manager of that company in 1895. He was also a director of the Casco Mercantile Trust Company, Portland Safe Deposit & Trust Company, and of the N.S. Trust Company. He was elected an alderman of Portland in 1901 and a representative to the legislature from that city in 1903. He served in the State Senate for the terms 1905 and 1907; four times mayor of Portland 1911-1914; elected governor in
1914, serving one term; was re-nominated the succeeding year and defeated by the Republican candidate Earl E. Milliken in 1916. He was prominent in bank circles, having been president of the Casco-Mercantile Trust Company
and the Portland Safe Deposit and Trust Company at the time of his death. He was a 32nd Degree Mason and a member of several clubs and organizations.

3. Elizabeth Randall Curtis was born 10 September 1892; married John Haldeman Garretson.

4. Marjorie Chase Curtis was born 15 October 1894 in Portland, Maine; died of malaria on 4 May 1920 in Columbia, while a student.
