NORFOLK - Virginia Hall Capps, 88, passed away Saturday, Sept. 22, 2007, in a local hospital. She was a native of Norfolk and the widow of Ralph Aubrey Capps. She had worked as a fashion consultant for many of the local department stores.
Virginia was a 1937 graduate of Maury High School and a longtime member of Talbot Park Baptist Church.
Left to cherish her memory are a son, R. Glenn Capps and his wife Sharon; two grandchildren, Brent M. Capps and Blair M. Capps, all of Virginia Beach.
A graveside funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Forest Lawn Cemetery by Dr. Robert H. Carpenter. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice. Cox Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
