Donald W. Dvorak, 80, died Monday, October 30, 2006 at the Belle Plaine Nursing and Rehabilitation Center following a lingering illness. Services will be 10:00 AM Wednesday at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Chelsea by Rev. Mike Mescher, Deacon Joe Dvorak, and Deacon Joe Behounek. Burial will be in the church cemetery with Military Rites. Visitation will be from 4:00 - 8:00 PM Tuesday at the church where there will be a Vigil service at 7:00 PM. The Hrabak Funeral Home in Belle Plaine is serving the family.
He is survived by: wife, Beaty; sons, Jim (Shari) of Soddi-Daisy, TN, Joe (Peg) of Colfax, Jerry (Nikki) of Tampa, FL, and Tom (Jackie) of Chelsea; daughter, Shirley Dvorak of Tiffin, OH; also surviving are eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
