Maria Herrer baby boy was delivered in a emergency cesarean section after the accident but later died and the baby boy is buried in his mother's coffin. On May 23,2002, former officer Joseph Gray, was convicted on four counts of man-slaughter as well as driving while intoxicated. Gray sentence of five to 15 years for killing a family while driving drunk in Brooklyn, Gray will be eligible for parole in five year.
