Dancer, Choreographer, Founder of the Hanayagi Dance troupe. He was the founder of the Hanayagi school, the world's largest of Japanese classical dance, and played a prominent role in the world of Buyo dance and the Kabuki world by choreographing for many states such as "Kanjincho" and "Funa Benkei" since the Edo Period to the early Meiji period.
