Deceased was a resident of Chico for many years, where she was widely and favorably known. She leaves nine children, eight of whom are residents of this locality.
Chico Record, Saturday Morning, August 3, 1901, pg 1 col 4: Mrs. Moore Funeral. Impressive funeral services were held yesterday afternoon over the remains of Mrs. T.J. Moore at the Presbyterian Church. Many of the friends of the deceased and her family were present, and the attendance would have been much larger except for the excessive heat. Rev. Thrower delivered the sermon. The pall bearers were H. McCargar, G.H. Taylor, William Robbie, W.H. Miller, C.A. March, and J.C. Daly.
