This Monument is also consecrated to the memory of Sarah Green Bliss consort of the Honorable John Murray Bliss who died at Belle Monte on the 19 day of April 1835 aged 58 years she was conspicuous for many excellent and amiable qualities and particularly for charity to the indigent and distressed she survived her affectionate husband only seven months
also their only son George Pidgeon Bliss Esquire Barrister at law and Receiver General of his Majesty's Casual Revenue who suddenly departed this life in Fredericton on the 20th of January 1836 aged 38 years a kind and affectionate husband and son
