Debbie was a 1986 graduate of Rock Island High School. She attended Oakton Community College in Morton, Il majoring in secretarial science. Debbie was a wonderful mother to her five children; Tia, Bryce, Keldeshia, Kashona and Shakayla. A beautiful daughter to her parents Othel and Betty Gay. She will be cherished by her siblings, Beatrice, Linda, Sandra, Pamela, Nikki, Ronald, Donald, Gerold, Othel Jr.,Fredrick and Marcus. She will always be loved by Kelvin Wright.

Services are noon Thursday at Greater Antioch Baptist Church, where The Rev. Lance Chaney is pastor. Orr's Mortuary is in charge of services. A wake service will be held at 11 a.m. at the church on Thursday. Burial will be held in the Pine Hill Cemetery of Davenport.
