His affectionate parents this stone here erected to the sacred to the remains of Peter W Aiken youngest son of William & Henrietta Aiken of Charleston who departed this life at Winnsboro 19th of May Anno Domini 1811 aged 3 years 6 months 12 days Fair Jewel how soon thy — fell an early victim to the short of death the beauties serve were seen when quick they knell informed by Heaven that claimed thy infant breath Go Seraph! Go! Thy Father God appear.
