He was born on August 21, 1966 in Baghdad, Iraq to Bucktiar and Soud Maki Jyawook.
He is survived by his parents; former wife and mother of his son, Zoria Diaz of Springfield; one son Bucktiar Jyawook of Springfield; and one sister, Media Jyawook of Dayton, OH.
The family and Islamic community gathered at Staab Funeral Home at 11 a.m. on Thursday, January 7, 2009, for prayers. Burial will follow at Oak Ridge Cemetery.
