David Karl Bangerter 1939 ~ 2005

David Karl Bangerter passed away October 6, 2005 in Sandy, Utah.
David was born May 30, 1939 in Murray, Utah son of William Henry and Isabelle Bawden Bangerter. He was the youngest of 11 children. David was a special son, brother, and uncle. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He grew up in Granger, Utah where he was known and loved by everyone.
He is survived by his brothers and sisters, Wm. Grant (Geraldine) Bangerter of Alpine, Samuel B. (Gloria) Bangerter, Pauline B. (William) Jensen, both of West Valley City, Bessie Bangerter; a sister-in-law, of Provo; Elsbeth Hansen, of Sandy; Marian (Richard) Lindsay, of South Jordan; Naomi (Leonard) Christoffersen, of Sandy; Norman (Colleen) Bangerter, of South Jordan; sister-in-law, Cora Wilson, of Scottsdale, AZ; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers and sisters, Sarah and Prescott Hardy, Mildred Schwantes Bangerter, Blauer L. Bangerter, V. Milo Hansen, Gleneth and Lowell Wilson and Gary Weaver.
Funeral services will be Monday, October 10, 2005, 11 a.m. at the Granger Ward, 2850 West 3835 South. A viewing will be held Sunday from 6:30-8 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road and Monday from 9:45-10:45 a.m. prior to the services at the church. Interment, Valley View Memorial Park.
The family wishes to express appreciation to the staff at the Hillcrest Care Center for their loving care.
