Mr. Gann died Wednesday, Jan. 26, 2000 in Bay City. He was born Sept. 11, 1916 in Lufkin, Texas to Trevathen and Emma Dunn Gann.
He was a member of the Church of Christ.
He is survived by: his wife of 60 years, Mary Alive Laiche Gann of Bay City; sons, Jack Gann of Rye, Texas, David Gann of Victoria, and Dennis Gann of Houston; grandchildren, Darron Gann, Connon Gann, Darrell Gann, Stephen Gann, Eric Gann, Cheryll Grafton, Amy Gann, and Jennifer Rivera;
great-grandchildren, Wayne Gann, Walker Gann, Scarlett Rivera, Tyler Grafton, Megan Grafton, Christine Vickers, Michelle Vickers, Cameron Gann and Parson Gann.
