Died Apr 11, 1883
The only record of this child was the R.J. Bruns record of early deaths. The parent were George and Kate Lindsey, the cause of the little one's death was cholera infantum and the attending physician was Dr. Jim Brown. The baby's body was taken to Hillside on a sled. This child's mother was the sister or sister-in-law of Sarah Elizabeth Kelly Springer (Mrs. Albert R. Springer), who also lived in Silverton. In 1890 another Lindsey child, Eva, died at the age of nine years in Ouray, Colorado, where she was buried."
