Actress and Magician. She was born Gloria Metzner to Martha and Leo Metzner. She started her career in acting in the mid 1940s in Hollywood films during the Golden Age of Hollywood that ran roughly between 1927 until 1969. In her acting career she starred in numerous films such as "The Story of Dr. Wassell" (1944), "Delightfully Dangerous) (1945), "King of the Congo" (1955), "Around the World in 80 Days" (1956), and "Plan 9 from Outer Space" (1957). She also held the distinction of being the first magician to have performed in Las Vegas. She started this portion of her career at the age of 4. She became a founding board member of the American Guild of Variety Artists in 1954. After leaving the entertainment industry she sold insurance, cars in the in the San Fernando Valley area. In the later years of her life she lived in an assisted-living residence in Las Vegas.
