Feminist. She was a Mexican feminist, journalist, and activist known for founding the Neutral White Cross during the Mexican Revolution, an institution that provided medical care to rebel soldiers. She was one of the first feminist activists in Mexico and also created organizations such as "Las Mujeres de la Raza" and the "International League of Iberian and Hispanic American Women" in collaboration with Sofía Villa de Buentello. She wrote an autobiographical novel called "Vida incompleta. Ligeros apuntes sobre mujeres en la vida real" (Incomplete life. Brief notes on women in real life).
