Willoughby John Horace de Montmorency, 4th Viscount Frankfort de Montmorency. Son of Lt. General Sir Reymond de Montmorency, 3rd Viscount Frankfort de Montmorency and Lady Rachel De Montmorency. He succeeded his father as Viscount upon his death.

He married Mabel Augusta Throckmorton on February 1, 1916 at St Paul, Kensington, England.

He gained the rank of Captain in the Duke of Cornwall's Light Infantry. He fought in the following campaigns: Burma Campaign between 1891 and 1892; Tirah Campaign between 1897 and 1898; Nile Expedition in 1899. He succeeded as the 4th Viscount Frankfort de Montmorency May 7, 1902. The Title became extinct upon his death as he had no issue.
