Ellis "Milo" Griffeth
A funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 25, 2004, in Sandy Funeral Home for Ellis "Milo" Griffeth, who died Jan. 21 at age 88.
Mr. Griffeth was born March 19, 1915, in Linneus, Mo. During World War II, he served in the Army in Italy and was a prisoner of war in Germany. He moved in 1957 to Sandy. He was a construction worker and later a sheet-metal worker for Archer's Welding. In 1946, he married Naomi "Toni" Moore; she died in 2002.
Survivors include his daughter, Kathy Austin; brother, Glenn; and three grandchildren.
