Yugoslavia President. He was the 12th President of the Presidency of Yugoslavia serving in this position from 15 May 1990 until 15 May 1991. He also served as 12th Secretary General of Non-Aligned Movement during the same time frame. From 15 May 1989 until 27 April 1992 he was the 3rd Serbian Representative in the Yugoslav Presidency. When he left this office this position was abolished. He was a member of the Socialist Party of Serbia. He attended the University of Belgrade and received his PhD in economics in 1965. He passed away at the Military Medical Centre in Karaburma.
