Kenneth "Ken" Amos, 50, of Martinsburg, WV, passed away in St. Louis, MO on August 11th, 2021 after an intense battle with Covid-19.

Ken graduated in 1989 from Fort Zumault High of O'fallon, MO. He spent many years traveling as an Area Supervisor in the field of telecommunications. Later, he found his place at FEMA, where he took great pride in his position as an Information Technology Specialist.

The man could do it all, Ken was an incredible craftsman who dabbled in carpentry and knife forging. He was an avid hunter and marksman with a keen interest in gun collecting. A connoisseur of the finer things, Ken enjoyed a good cigar with a glass of bourbon. As a history channel enthusiast, he possessed a wealth of knowledge on a wide variety of topics, which he would happily share to anyone who would listen. He had an enormous personality combined with a wild sense of humour, and could make a friend anywhere he went.

Kenneth is survived by his former wife and companion of 29 years, Lisa Amos. He was the devoted dad of Ashley (Matthew) Hamon, Courtney (Bradey) Beahm, and Nicholas Amos. To his grandsons; Rowan, Copeland, and Beckham Beahm, he was known as a loving "Paw Paw." The late James and Barbara Amos cherished him as their youngest son, and he was held dear by his siblings Ronnie Amos, Sandie Gater, and the late Jimmy Amos. Many others also knew him as a wonderful uncle, cousin, nephew, and friend.

Ken was a family man, a jack of all trades, and a friend to many. He is deeply loved and will be forever missed by those who knew him.

A visitation will be held at Omps Funeral Home Reception Center on Thursday, August 26, 2021 from 4pm to 8pm with a graveside service on Friday, August 27, 2021 in Tonoloway Baptist Church Cemetery, Needmore, PA.
