Patreeca "Patti" Tolbert age 73 of Oneonta passed away on February 26, 2021 at her residence. She was born on February 7, 1948 to Artha Bynum and Eva Louise Morton Snell.
Patti is survived by her loving husband, Kenneth Tolbert, daughters, Mary (George Jr.) Yaw, Teresa (Tony) Bailey, and Christie Tolbert; grandchildren, Jezyca Sellers, Justin and Ashley Yaw, Ryan and Ashley Bailey, and Destinee Green; great grandson Isacc Sellers; brothers, Steve (Lesa) Bynum, Wesley (Tammy) McClarty, and Eugene Owens; a host of loving family and church members and friends she all loved dearly. Mrs. Tolbert is predeceased in death by her parents, Eva Louise Snell, Artha and Jewel Bynum, and mother-in-law Emogene Odom. Mrs. Tolbert will have visitation Sunday February 28th, 2021 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Lemley Chapel and will lie in state at Harmony Baptist Church from 12 p.m. until service time at 2 p.m. Sam Johnson and Shane Bryson will officiate services. Pallbearers will be Bobby Tolbert, Spunky Tolbert, John Lynn Tolbert, Buddy Moss, Frankie Owen, Justin Yaw, Ryan Bailey, with Honorary pallbearers will be Lamar Ray, Tim Tolbert, Fate Tolbert, Buster Tolbert, Bud Hilburn, Eugene Owen.
