Prince of Qing Dinasty, Politician. Gobulo Runqi was a Chinese prince of the Qing dynasty. He was the brother-in-law of the last emperor of China Puyi and served the Manchukuo ruled by the latter. After the founding of the People's Republic of China, he swore allegiance to the new state and was a member of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.
