JACOB MOORE OF WHITE HALL DIES

White Hall April 4.-- Jacob Moore, 84 years of age, passed away at 11:30 o'clock last night at the home of his daughter, Mrs. John Castleberry, on Carlinville street here.

When a young man he was united in marriage with Martha Brown who preceded him in death four years ago last February. After the death of his wife, he came here from the Walkerville neighborhood to make his home with his children.

There are seven children, Louis Moore of White Hall: William and George Moore of Walkerville; Mrs. Wesley Scott, Alton; Mrs. Oscar VanMeter, Mrs. Claude VanMeter, and Mrs. John Castleberry, all of White Hall. There are twenty grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

Mr. Moore was a member of the Walkerville Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 o'clock Friday afternoon at the White Hall Baptist church, with interment in the White Hill cemetery.
