Her Baptism Record states that she was born on June 20th, not the 21st. She was baptized on July 2nd at the Columbia Avenue Methodist Episcopal Church in Philadelphia, PA. Her mother is usually listed as Ivy or Iva F.

On March 8, 2021: I actually found a few things for Lillian. :) I didn't have a burial place for her, but found her death certificate. She was buried at Mt. Vernon Cemetery in Philadelphia, PA. on July 8, 1890.
=========================
Some crazy info: The "owner" of Mt. Vernon Cemetery in Philadelphia might not let you in to visit your relative. You can call 24 hours in advance for an "appointment" & then you MIGHT be allowed to visit your relative briefly. I'm assuming it depends on his mood that day. What the? People have listed close to 19,000 burials there & it's only 10% photographed! Her parents could be buried here as well. Maybe someday someone will find them all
