Charles Edward "Charlie" McIntosh was born in December 1871. The 3rd. born child to Daniel Newnan McIntosh Sr. and Winnie Canard who were both Muscogee Creek Native Americans from Kowetv Tribal Town. Charles was raised with his two older brothers Benjamin McIntosh and Cooper McIntosh in the Redfork area of Tulsa. He had 3 children with Lilia Quapaw (a Muscogee Creek Native American from Locvpokv Tribal town) His children with Lilia were Katie Mae, Benjamin David, and Charles Lee. After his permanent separation from Lilia he married Bertha Ann Orcutt and had 2 children with her. Vera Thelma McIntosh and Charles Curtis McIntosh. He died suddenly on a cattle drive with his family on September 12 1902 near Lamar Colorado.
