The Napa Daily Register on June 19, 1919: "The remains of the late Elbert Clark will arrive at the Pinkham chapel Saturday evening from Wyoming. No details of the death are available. Deceased was a native of Oakville, Napa county, aged 17 years. He had been absent from Napa for about one year. Besides the mother, Mrs. Anna Hanley, who is accompanying the body, a brother, Gilbert Clark, survives deceased."
