Prior to retirement, Mr. Campbell was employed by Staunton Machine.
Family members include two sons, Jeremiah Phillips of Harrisonburg and Joshua Phillips of Timberville and a sister, Cathy Campbell of Staunton.

A graveside service will be held 11:00 am, Monday, January 30, 2017 at Thornrose Cemetery in Staunton with Rev. Alfred Bashlor officiating.
