Mrs. Brown was preceded in death by her husband, Lee Vinton Brown; parents, TI and Lucy Alexander; brothers, Clarence, Lee, Jack, Stansel, Henry, Allen and Bill Alexander; sisters, Bessie Alexander, Loucille A. Goodman, Ruby A. Goodman, Mary Alexander, and Earlene Alexander; granddaughter, Heather Laine Sutton; and son-in-law, John C. Sutton, III.
Mrs. Brown was born August 15, 1930 in Pickens County to Thomas Irby (TI) Alexander and Lucy Herring Alexander. She was a lifelong resident of Pickens County and a dedicated member of First Baptist Church of Reform where she taught young children in Sunday School for many years. She and her husband each recorded 49 years of perfect attendance while serving there.
She was employed at Reform Pharmacy for 22 years. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother whose life revolved around her faith and her family.
