Born in Bristol, PA, she resided in Trenton for ten years and for the past forty-nine years in Hamilton Township.
Mrs. Silvestro along with her husband owned and operated Cesare's Pizza on Route 33, Hamilton Township for twenty years until 1982.
Daughter of the late Domenico and Mary Petolillo; sister of the late Condino and John Petolillo and Pauline Tozzi; she is survived by her husband Lewis J. "Cesare" Silvestro, Sr.; a son and daughter-in-law, Lewis J. Jr. and Mary Silvestro of Robbinsville, N.J.; a daughter and son-in-law, Ellie and Arturo Villacorta of Robbinsville, N.J.; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Anthony and Fran Petolillo of Beverly, N.J., Eugene Petolillo of Bristol, PA, and Helen Petolillo of Bristol, PA; a sister and brother-in-law, Julia and Joseph Grafenstine of Bristol, PA; a brother-in-law and sisters-in-law, Joseph and Theresa Chiarello, and Marie Silvestro, two grandchildren, Natalie and Nicholas Silvestro of Hamilton, Township, N.J.; and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday morning at 9 a.m. from the Brenna Funeral Home,
340 Hamilton Ave., Trenton. Mrs. Silvestro was a member of St. Raphael-Holy Angels Parish and a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday morning at 10 a.m. at Holy Angels Church, 1733 South Broad St., Hamilton, NJ.
Burial will follow in our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery, Hamilton.
Calling hours will be held on Wednesday evening from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Brenna Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to: Respite, c/o St. Francis Medical Center, 601 Hamilton Ave., Trenton, NJ 08629.
