BRISTOL - Philippe Labrecque, 82, of Bristol, husband of Henriette (Dallaire) Labrecque, died Thursday, Nov. 30, 2006 at Subacute Center of Bristol. Mr. Labrecque was born Sept. 20, 1924 in Courcelles, Quebec, Canada, and was a son of the late Louis Philippe Labrecque and Josephine (St. Pierre) Labrecque Dallaire and stepson of the late Joseph Dallaire. A longtime Bristol resident, he was a carpenter contractor by trade and also worked for Wallace Barnes Steel, retiring from Theis Precision Steel. He was a member of Palos Council No. 35, Knights of Columbus and the Rev. M.B. Roddan Assembly, 4th Degree Knights of Columbus, and St. Ann Church, Bristol. In addition to his wife of 60 years, Mr. Labrecque is survived by four sons and daughters-in-law, Robert and Donna Labrecque, Roger and Laura Levesque, all of Bristol, Michel and Arlene Labrecque of Harwinton and Gabriel and Tina Labrecque of Litchfield; five grandchildren, Staci Dionne, Lindsey, Michelle, Daniel and Sara Labrecque; two great-grandchildren, Morgan and Kyleigh; two stepsisters, Georgette Dallaire of St. Ludger, Province of Quebec, Canada and Rolande Dufort of Montreal, Province of Quebec, Canada; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Monday, Dec. 4 at 9 a.m. from Funk Funeral Home, 35 Bellevue Ave., Bristol, to St. Ann Church for a Mass of Christian burial at 10 a.m. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, Bristol. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home Sunday between 4 and 8 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to St. Ann Church Centennial Fund, 180 Laurel St., Bristol, CT 06010.
