Born in Telfair County, She was the daughter of the late Leonard Yeomans and Ruth Watson Yeomans. She was the widow of Benjamin B. Jones, and preceded in death by her son, Benjamin Steve Jones and granddaughter, Stephanie Lynn Jones, and great grandchild, Christopher E. Williams Jr.
Mrs. Jones was a retired Engineering Secretary from the Keebler Company, she also was a charter member of the Glenwood Hills United Methodist Church, where she served as secretary and treasurer.
She is survived by her daughter, Anita L. Williams (Guy) of Macon; Grandchildren, David Williams, Christopher Williams (Ashley), and Amanda Williams (Kurt). Great grandchildren, Benjamin Williams, Marleigh Williams, Haven Howard, and Makayla Williams. Brothers and Sisters, Julian Yeomans, Wayne Yeomans, Annie Ruth Chapman, Lena Walden, Dorothy Lake and Wanda Marchant.
