Helen W. Brown was the wife of Frederick Squire Brown and the mother of five children. She was born Helen Wilde on 25Dec1851 in Illinois to John Wilde of England and Mary Smith of Illinois. Helen married about 1880, lived since at least 1900 in Brooklyn, NYC, and died at the age of 61 there on 7Nov1913. She is buried at Holy Cross Cemetery in Brooklyn, in the same spot as her husband. Her children were Frederick J. Brown, Edwin George Brown, Harry Becker Brown, Maude Brown and Claude Allen Brown. Her daughter predeceased her.
