Warren Dearen
Warren Dearen of Savannah died Saturday, July 1, at Hardin County General Hospital at the age of 88. A Wayne County native, he was the son of the late Otis and Mandy Arnold Dearen. He was married to the former Nettie Brown, and he was a member of First Baptist Church. He was retired from the Hardin County Road Department. Services were at 3 p.m. Sunday, July 2, at Shackelford Chapel with burial following in Neill Cemetery. Billy Joe Stewart officiated. Other than his wife, he leaves three daughters, Mrs. Robbie Inman of Selmer, and Mrs. Julia Murphy and Mrs. Lois Dickerson of Savannah; seven grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
