My uncle was born in Slavkov u Brna (Austerlitz) in former Czechoslovakia (now Czech Republik). He died in Hoensbroek, Netherlands.

Occupation: Coalminer.

He was maried to Johanna Maria Snellen (15. november 1940, Netherlands). They had three children: Annelies, Georg and Theodorus Henricus Maria.

Anna Bossak Liska was his mother.
