Charles Conroy “Chuck” Head Jr was born on July 15, 1971 in Clarksville, Tennessee, the son of Charles Conroy Head Sr (1948-2019) and Mitzi (Fletcher) Head.

He was married to Jacqueline -- .

Chuck was a farmer and a member of Cornerstone Church in Nashville. Chuck loved mission work, hunting, fishing, anything outdoors, cooking and most of all his family.

A resident of the Thomasville Community in Cheatham County, he was 44 years old when he passed away at home on November 8, 2015.

He was preceded in by his grandfather Richard Head and by his grandparents Mack Fletcher and Mary Elizabeth ( -- ) Fletcher. Survivors included his wife, three sons, two daughters, his parents, a married sister, his Head grandmother, three nieces, a nephew, his mother-in-law and a number of other family members.

Funeral Services were held at the chapel of Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Pleasant View, and burial was in the Head Family Cemetery.
