Elizabeth Jane Coffin is the daughter of Vestal Phelps Coffin and Doris F Coffin of Boise Idaho, who's maiden name was Doris Winn Fisher.
Elizabeth was born in Boise Idaho on August 4th, 1923 and died in California on September 22nd in San Bernardino California at the age of 92.

Elizabeth Jane Coffin moved to California with her husband while she was in her mid thirties. She gave birth to three children, Robert Cooper, Margaret Ann Mansveld, and Gertruda Anna Maria Mansveld.

Elizabeth was known for her love of music. If she could find opera of any kind, she felt right at home. For many years she studied voice and performed in a few private concerts singing opera pieces. Elizabeth also played piano, and often could be found accompanying voice students as they took their lessons.

She was an excellent seamstress along with her musical abilities.
Elizabeth was also one of the oldest members of the P.E.O organization.
