REIDSVILLE Nancy Brown Alcorn, 88, of Reidsville, finished her journey to Heaven the morning of August 19, 2018. The funeral will be at Bible Baptist Church, 1213 Boyd Road, Reidsville, on Wednesday, August 22, 2018 at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at Overlook Cemetery in Eden. Visitation will be Tuesday night from 6 until 8 p.m. at Bible Baptist Church, and at other times at the home of her grandson, BJ Case, 270 Shadowood Lane, Reidsville. Nancy was a retired textile worker, homemaker, and mother. She loved her Lord, family, church, and friends. Left to cherish her memory are daughter, Nadine Case of Reidsville; sons, John Lee Alcorn (Anna) of El Paso, TX; Rick (Tammy) of Stoneville; Mickey (Lisa) of Eden; and Scott (Stephanie) of Madison; grandchildren, Brent Alcorn, BJ Case (Teresa), Seth Alcorn (Julie), Cameran Doss (Daniel), Matthew Alcorn (Katie), Caleb Alcorn, and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, W.L. "Dickie" and Lillie Clark Brown; husband, John Loy Alcorn; son, Greg Alcorn; grandchildren, Tasha Lynn and Tommy; son in law, Bobby Case; and sister, Peggy Patterson.
