Ann was a resident at the Bristol Home in Buffalo (formerly known as the Home for the Friendless), 1500 Main Street.

Joyce – Ann (nee Massett), March 8, 2012, beloved wife of the late Peter James Joyce, dear mother of Maryann, loving grandmother of Jennifer (Troy) Blackchief, Kate (Anthony) Kania, Melissa (Dennis) Kusak, sister of Barbara (Patrick) Kelleher, and predeceased by Bob Massett, Patricia McCarthy and Bill Massett. Friends may call Saturday morning from 8-9 am at the James W. Cannan Funeral Home (Buffalo Chapel), 2397 Seneca St, where prayers will be said at 9 am, followed by a mass of Christian burial at Blessed John the XXIII at 9:30 am. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Bristol Home Assisted Living Residence, 1500 Main St, Buffalo NY 14209. Ann had a long and fulfilling career as the librarian at the Buffalo News.
