Virginia Frances Allison Bennett Clark, passed away Tuesday, February 23, 1999 at home.
She was born November 26, 1912 a daughter of Dr. Robert S. and Elizabeth Smith Allison. She attended Rowland Hall School for Girls and the University of Utah, where she was affiliated with Pi Beta Phi Sorority. She was a member Salt Lake Junior League, Alta Club, Town Club and the Salt Lake Country Club. She married Richard Summers Bennett, October 3, 1935. He died December 3, 1976. She married Robert Ober Clark, who preceded her in death.
She is survived by a sister, Elizabeth (Betty) Mary Allison; two daughters, . . . ; son-in-law, . . . ; four grandchildren, . . . ; one great-granddaughter, . . . . Preceded in death by a brother, Robert S. Allison Jr.; a son, Richard Wallace Bennett; a daughter, Virginia Ann Bennett; son-in-law, Peter A.M. van der Heyde.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 27, 1999, 12 noon, Larkin Mortuary, 260 E. South Temple, where friends may call one hour prior to the service. Interment: Salt Lake City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to the Rowland Hall - St. Marks School or a charity of choice.
