Elizabeth was a resident of the Home for the Friendless (now known as the Bristol Home), 1500 Main Street, Buffalo NY.
In 1887 she made a crazy quilt at the age of 76. She donated it to the Home for their donation day sale. It was purchased for $30 by Mrs. George Howard, who donated it back to the Home.

In the 1892 Census she was listed as 78 years of age and born in England.

In the 1900 Federal Census she was listed as 87 years of age, and born in June 1813 in England.

Elizabeth was born in England. She died in Buffalo, and her late residence was 1500 Main St. She was a widow, 88 years of age. Cause of death: Old Age.
