"MRS. W. B. FOSTER DIES; FUNERAL TO BE TUESDAY — Mrs. Lucy Huguenin Foster, widow of William Ball Foster, died Monday at her residence. She was the mother of Mrs. J. Palmer Gaillard, Jr., wife of the mayor of Charleston. The funeral will be 4:30 p.m. Tuesday at St. Philip's Protestant Episcopal Church. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery, directed by Connelley's. Mrs. Foster was born Feb. 25, 1890, at Charleston, a daughter of Gen. Thomas A. Huguenin and Theodora Freeman Huguenin. She was a member of St. Philip's Protestant Episcopal Church.
